Artable have partnered with SENIOR ART SUPPLIES to deliver a range of workshops in Melbourne.

Artable is Australian owned and operated by artists for artists. We specialise in connecting the best Australian artists with those who want to paint, have fun & learn with them.

It's your turn to see what all the fuss is about - Don't miss out!

Together, you’ll explore how to simplify a photo reference, loosen your painting style, and bring a sense of timeless beauty to everyday memories.

Whether it’s an image of your children playing in the backyard, a snapshot from a beach holiday, or a faded photograph from your childhood, you’ll learn how to translate those moments into paintings that radiate warmth and heart.

You’ll discover how to mix harmonious colours, suggest form through light and shadow, and create painterly texture that breathes life into your work. Clair will guide you through every step — from composition and underpainting to layering techniques that evoke atmosphere and emotion.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll walk away with your own nostalgic artwork — a heartfelt reminder of life’s simple joys, painted in your unique style. More than just a painting lesson, Nostalgia is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the beauty of your own memories.
